Rubins
The place next to the liquor store on rockaway (near BOGO)
Both are decent typical Jewish barbershops.....

Rubin's is knows as the chop shop. I like the place next to BOGO.

There is a place on burnside next to duncan donuts (a few stores down on that side of street)

Growing up in the 5T, the only place I ever had my hair cut was by Sal (at 'Your Salon', across from Seasons).

I filled out the online form and wasn't very hard but I didn't get any decrease in the assessment but then again I didn't get an increase either.

IME it is like going to traffic court and fighting a ticket yourself instead of hiring a lawyer. You may get lucky but usually you get what you pay for. The different firms know the system better than any one person ever could. They practically created the industry.
