Was previously 2014. If they bumped it up then they probably know what they're doing.

I just tried upgrading my room at the brand new Andaz In Costa Rica, and the agent told me that in addition to using 6000 points i would need to pay $450 per night :'(! I spoke to 3 different agents and they all said the same thing. Has anyone ever heard of needing to pay plus use points to upgrade?

Can't wait for this one. This was the old Rose Hall. Wonder what the pricing will be since it will be all-inclusive resort.

You'd have to imagine you'd pay a premium over at least a category 6-probably even over a category 7. My guess is 35K.

The current Hyatt all-inclusives go for 20K or 25K for 2 guests.

But neither are under the park Hyatt flag or were priced under the current rates. I'd be surprised if it was less than 30K

I'm also surprised the PH MLE is staying a cat 6.  These things can be unpredictable.
But I'd say 25K, 30K, or 35K are the probable price points.
