This isn't on the list? Doesn't seem to be open yet though.

Can the free nights that come with the CC sign up be used at the all-inclusive resorts like Montego Bay?
I just found a new supply of forks!

I just tested it out for you, it lets me select the hotel but every date that I put in I'm getting an error that either they're sold out or they did not open those rooms for reservations yet. Not sure if that's their way if saying those awards can't be used for such a hotel.

With a new FF probably. The question is how much info needs to be changed on the new FF.

I tried using my hyatt free nights certificate in that exact hotel and was told that you can't use the free night in a all inclusive resort

Yes, sent a email twice to the manager a week apart  and a facebook message  no answer as of yet. Will probably have to call up sometime this week.
If they do say no, that will guarantee me a room upgrade at least :)

Has anyone stayed there? reviews?

So I emailed the manager for Kosher food here is the response, Let me know your thoughts., anything to do? mabye ask for room upgrade at least?
Thank you for your message to Hyatt Zilara Cancun, I appreciate the opportunity to assist you.

Dear xxx

First of all, please accept my apoligies for the delay in my answer and  allow me to assist you in regards to the findings for Kosher Food Options in Cancun.

We have worked before with a company called Cancun Kosher services who deliver food to hotels.
Attached please find their menu with prices (in Mexican Pesos).
Please understand that each delivery has a cost of 250 Pesos.

It is important to mention that for religious reasons on Fridays they only take orders before 3 pm, which will be delivered on Sundays.
There is no delivery on Friday afternoons or Saturdays.

If you would like to order anything from them we would just ask you to contact me or the Concierge and we would then be able to assist you.
The costs would be charged to your room.

We will be more than glad to assist you with fruits and vegetables as much as you would like.

I would like to mention also that we have had guests bring frozen food from home, which was double wrapped and came with instruction as how to prepare them in a non-kosher kitchen.
I am unaware if maybe this service is available also in your home town.
If so we would be able to store and prepare those foods at the resort according to instruction.
You would require however to sign a release form as it is food that was introduced from outside the resort.

Please do not hesitate to contact me should you have any questions or if you would like my further assistance.

Have an excellent day!

Kind regards,

MARCELO PEON

Aren't they all-inclusive?
They won't cover any part of the kosher meals?

ye they are all inclusive thats why i was surprised. Although the diamond status gets you virtually nothing there unlike other hyatts. I Think the should cover some cost possibly but doesnt seem like they are interested. My best bet is to ask for there presidential suite possibly? doesn't seem like pushing them will help.

Zilara or Ziva Montego Bay are both 25k and 12k for extra person.
Try and use your free nights, no extra charge for additional people up to 4.

Seems like a poor usage of Hyatt points/certs for kosher folk.

I'd push harder though.
