I got my Barclaycard AA annual fee refunded after the statement closed. The CSR told me I do not need to make a payment but my account is still showing a payment due even though the balance is 0.

Do I need to pay it?

I don't think you can make a payment even if you want to.

Happened to me also with barclays, no payment is due.

Does amex not let you make 2 payments within a certain amount of time from the same bank account? Or could that have to do with the fact that i just added it as a payment account? I made a payment a week ago and now it says "You cannot make a payment with the selected bank. Please select another bank." Or maybe because the bank account is under my name and the cc is DW. Any help would be appreciated

Yeah. It takes ~30 days to be added to your account. They can do it over the phone though

What does that mean? I already used it to make a payment and it shows up as 1 of my pay from accounts

It takes ~30 days to go from a new account which you officially can't make payments from to an old account which you can

You can call amex and the CSR can process the payment
