currently have chase: 

slate 15k cl
freedom 2k
reserve 10k

want to close all 3 and get instead:

business ink preferred
business cash (don't really need but in branch says I can get $500 for it)
freedom unlimited

Wats the best way to approach this?  I think if I apply for all 3 at the same time I will likely get rejected and I don't want to close my accounts first as I want my cl. Also I am concerned that closing accounts will hurt me for the 5/24 rule is that true?

Can't transfer credit from personal to business or vv.

Don't close any card, downgrade the reserve to avoid AF, for the CFU, you can transfer CL, or better PC one of your cards to it, closing accounts won't effect 5/24.

You can, but AFAIK they aren't processed instantly, so they may be processed on separate days....

I need to do it in bank cuz BMR has great offers on all 3 (100k for biz 1 500$ for ink cash $300 for cfu)

That's not what is meant by three apps in-branch regardless of how you try and spin it.

3bm has to be same day, not at once, AFAIK in branch apps aren't submitted immediately, so it wouldn't be one pull.

I may be wrong, but IME it took a few days for a pull. (for whatever reason, my situation MAY have been different)
