I think DOC has a post about it

DOC should quit posting nonsense. Regurgitating lies and then feigning innocence is unacceptable.

Barclays business cards do not report to your personal reports unless you default.

Chill out. He just posted what people told him and left it up to the reader. I think any educated reader would understand that that one dp was probably someone who is clueless or whatever and made a mistake. He's just covering all bases. If you read his posts regularly, you'll see that that's just how he writes. The point of the post was to see all the dp's and draw your own conclusions

I don't need to chill out.   You're a fan, I am not.

True ;) just meant that I wouldn't call it regurgitating lies, which seems to imply malicious intent

What's the best way to get a CL increase ? I'm spending a lot a month, just don't have enough credit for more...

Ask?
You can transfer credit from another card if possible.
Or ask.  They may pull your credit though.

And if your spending doesn't match up to your income.. it may not be worth bothering IMO.

CapOne and Discover business cards report to personal. I don't even think the Discover biz card has been available for years.  I'd guess there are others from CUs or smaller banks that report but that's a guess.

I can say with authority that business CC's issued by AMEX, BofA, Barclays, Chase, Citi, FNBO, USBank do not report to personal. A little bird told me BBVA doesn't report, but I've never seen the little bird's credit reports so take that with a grain of salt.

Is this a true?    Before applying for Barclays cc you should use up most of your credit on a different Barclays cc (that you already have) for a better chance of approval or higher credit line?

Feel free to PM

Thanx

its not a specific rule. i know a big factor for approval on ur 2nd barclays card or more is if u use the first CL a lot. they can deny s/o with an excellent score just because he has enough credit for his needs...

Just filling it up before you helps or is it better to be using it for a couple months before?

My first Barclaycard was Priceline, which I barely used.  When I applied for Arrival +, Recon said they will start me off with a low CL, because they first wanted to see more use of both of my cards.
