Better question is why co-mingle biz and personal unless you really have no  business?

You obviously don't understand the whole premise of LLCs, S Corps, business credit etc.

The way chase does it, the two accounts aren't merged (like Amex) rather one login, and from there the accounts are separate I think that's something many people would rather.

(I know this isn't really what you are asking)
Seems like its more like Amex, unless a third card would go under one of those 2 options (more like chase), as in keeping business and personal to am extent separate.

Is 18 years old a firm age that you have to be for approval or even 17 works?

They won't process the application, unless you lie about the age.

I think there is a chance, but why not hit Chase first?

Can't the credit card issuer verify the age against the SSN?

For an 18 year old if a student, do they require income? I have a similar scenario , has been an authorized user on 3 of my AMEX cards for 1 year.

Amex is usually eager to hand out cards to previous AUs. Although I assume you do need some income.
