Yes. Although whenever Ive gone, they always have 10% lowes coupons. You dont have to make an address change either. Just ask them for an address change kit. They will give you an envelope with the change of address card as well as a bunch of coupons. The rest of the coupons are worthless though...at least the ones i always got...
