I don't think so. You will probably need to get it through sprint or they will sell a sprint version.

Hope it's not too OT, my nexus 4 I bought 2 months ago stated making problems with with the charging port, and I want to replace it with the Nexus 5, should I go the Amex route, return protection, refund, and buy the GN5 myself? or should I call google about the problem in hopes they'll replace it with a GN5? Or will they just send me a refurb GN4?

I'd talk to Amex. Google would probably send you another 4.

+1, initially some kept going in an out of stock, so some orders were for 4/6 phones. Total of 37 or 38 orders. BH I already had the Google accts set up, creating them from scratch would've been a big hassle.

Figured there was a limit. I only ordered a few each from 5 different accounts.
