can i book now a united ticket for june to beat  the increase and then change to my exact dates i wanna go? also what my best way to book a baby under a year old in business???

Im looking at a specific intl 777 flight which shows no booked seats and want either J or F. I prefer F.

Should i book another date on J or in F and then hope to change it with a fee?

If i book it in J and F opens will they let me change and go up a class using the old rates?

And vice versa - If i book it in F and J opens, would they let me change and go down a class using the old rates?

What's the best way to approach this?
