Alert in my business chase cards account

Hey all,
I keep seeing this flag in my alerts, I checked my mail and nada, I called Chase and they can't find anything. Any idea ?!

We need information required by federal law to keep your account open. For details, reply to the letter sent in 14 days or the account will be closed

The only thing I have been doing differently is that I got the ink Premier and use it as a charge card, transactions are about 5-7k because the credit line is $10000. It's over 5k to tap into the 2.5% it's all legit business spending

I only have business cards from Chase, business banking is elsewhere.

I dunno it could be nothing but it keeps making me nervous, I have looked everywhere for a mail letter and nada, I have checked notices and letters of every account and nada.

Any suggestions or advice ?

It was my understanding that this is the way the card is supposed to be used.

I can stop and just pay vendor with check etc ?

So I didn't hear anything back on the secure message or maybe as a result of the secure message. I did get an email from Chase lending and they basically said the same thing so I called them up and they said that they need to verify my address as the business address. Somebody also sent me that they saw that in the chat. So the basically was about 14 days since they sent it and I got them to send me a form that I could upload the document to record to them that they would process it right away. And I'm supposedly I was supposed to hear back saying it's cleared which I didn't..
