Has anyone had success with Hyatt converting unused/recently expired club access passes to 3,000 points?  Someone posted on a travel forum they had theirs converted but I called last month and they denied request.  I had 4 club passes expire a few months ago while I was a globalist (explorist now as I didn’t travel much last year) and hoping to get points for them.  Any tips on who to call to make this happen?

Maybe it was a Covid exception they gave the 3,000 points …the travel forum mentions of the conversion were all last year and 1 person in January received the points.  Sounds like they aren’t offering that anymore.  C’est la vie. Thank you for the reply.

I have been getting/using free nights for years but I lost track so can use some help...

I used a free night 5/18 and I got AF 8/1. I don't have a night in my account.
1. Is it possible the one I used in May was given early and it's for the current AF?
2. Are they slow to post new night - will I still be getting one for the 8/1 AF even though I didn't get it yet?
3. Did they stop giving away ani nights for some reason (did I miss major news)?

Lastly QQ - is it 30 or 60 days for AF refund? I'm in between right now and wondering if I can get the $95 back if I close now

It took my last annual free night more than month to post after the AF. 30 days for AF refund.

My AF was charged on 4/1. My current free night expires 5/8/24 so I am going to guess it was credited to my account on 5/8/23.
