I too am wondering. Cruise ships don't dock by the Westin rather further down past the Olypic torch. There is a marina next to Westin Bayshore.

Nah, not a cruise ship. We're on one of the boats docked next to Westin.

Took it over Stanley Park, saw the Belugas in the Aquarium from about 100 feet or so.

No, I'm saying it appears one gets 200 points back if you're seated there, regardless of if you paid for it or not.

Don't know how you managed to get that without paying anything. I was on the plane, and moved to the exit row for more leg room. FA came over to me and said, "I will have to charge you $25 for sitting in that seat" even though the flight was already closed.

Never do that. People always get busted that way, including a woman on my flight. Ask at check in. I'm 4/4. I'm also mosaic.

That approach works well, but you can't reserve in advance if you want a specific seat (e.g., exit row window)

I am looking to spend one day somewhere in Europe on the way back from Israel in November. Want to do some quick easy touring that are not dependent on weather conditions. Any suggestions from the seasoned travelers out there?
