Does anyone have experience with thier recon ?

I just did HUCA 5 times and all the reps (even twice when I asked to be transfered to the manager he told me the same) that it can only be done in writing

I have had success with personal cards. The business Recon was a little more of a hassle

i once had success with recon they gave me a option to close one card in order to be approved for another

i applied for the same card i already had and there was a new bonus offer i called and he told me that i have already the max credit so i asked him to close that one and approve me for the new one which he did
i called the number dan once wrote all the recon #

The phone numbers in this thread as well as all other numbers I found by googling are no longer working.
The number I came up with is, 866-865-7843. It's a Spanish line but the res speak English also, they were very helpful.

yes he was very accommodating,  had my CR frozen so they pulled from a different bureau without any problems
