I'm trying to find out about the catering there, is there one or many(I suppose many) and is there someone at Oholei Tirah I can call to find out who it is on a particular night?

If your asking for Kashrus, it is always under the Badat"z of CH no matter which cat. is there. You can call the vaad hakashrus and ask them.
