Don't understand why its worth it for them to fly them for so cheap. It cost a few thousand in gas and airport fees to fly and $500 aint gonna help all that much.

They most probably have to get the plane to CLE anyway so they may as well make so money.

Obviously they gotta get a plane back, however for what they make off flying passengers is more of a pain and hassle for them than what they're making for it.

they are hoping that you have an awesome experiance and book with them for a real trip.
what they dont figure is that if a group of people from the DDF goes on one of these planes they are going to loose the $500 in snakes and Alcohol

Its easier to fly w/o passengers for a few reasons, they don't need to reclean the plane etc, all the legal work they need to prepare and have everytime they fly with passengers, extra staff to work on the plane...

Is sounds like a corporate style jet and would be surprised if they don't offer the same level of service and profession like any other flight they offer for the full fare

I doubt the marginal cost is higher than $535 but you're probably right that the goal here is marketing. It does work pretty well as they became pretty well known.

Is there no legal work and clearance that they need before flying with passengers? Cause I'm assuming its a official service and they don't want to get sued etc for anything...
