I have an older model of this, I think it's great. I probably have it for over 7 years by now.

One thing I really like about it is that it fits two 9x13 pans.

I bought this about a month ago and I am very happy with it (so far ;)). Some reviews said that the convection feature is noisy but I haven't found that to be the case.
