From b&h and most other places it comes out to $99 after rebate which is still a great deal but from mpex it is FREE

According to the email link I posted the paper is included but I emailed them and am waiting for a response.

true but you are getting a printer that costs $399 which includes a full set of ink which is worth approx. $125 & a package of 13x19 paper which is at least $40 - i have bought about of these just for the ink.

If the paper is not in my order when I check out, I'm not comfortable. Not sure why they can't bundle it when you pay.

You did more than one of these? The rebate form says only one per household.

I have done it from b&h - it cost me $99 per printer after rebate but it was still worth it as the ink and paper i got were worth about $175

Sorry, just to confirm, you purchased a few of these sent to different addresses but with the same billing address and you already submitted the rebate form and received the rebate?
