FTFY <Ducks and runs for his life>
Even with you ducking, you still make a pretty big target.
Understatement of the year
Haha, but that pic has some heavy post-processing. Though I'm definitely up for a manual focus lesson on the NEX. How does one in Palau sound To be honest there wasn't too much to see with the naked eye that night. Crazy what you can do with a camera.
Not my pic, but taken in CLE that night by someone that obviously knows PS
Whats the best way to check where and when the Northern Lights can be seen out of North America?
Iceland photography trip:JFK-KEF 2/22 (rev. flight)KEF-BOS-LGA 2/25 (rev. flight + 4.5k Avios)3 days, 2 nights. Intense, non-stop photography. Napping in a camper van. Chasing the light, chasing the aurora.Would be more of a photography trip than a teaching trip, so this is only if you're very comfortable with a camera and have (or could rent/borrow) some relatively "serious" gear. This will only be for photography, not to see or do any tourist stuff. No Blue Lagoon on this trip... More like hours standing out in the cold in the middle of the night hunched over a camera. So who's crazy enough to join? whYME and I are in so far. 4 people max.
- When you say "Strangers, people watching" I assume you're referring to what's generally called "street photography". That's another genre where I've dabbled in, but it's never spoken to me. I personally have no real interest in it and I'm not very good at it, so I don't think I have any business teaching other people about it ...
Hmmm, you could've fooled me in Cuba.
