Does anyone know the best way to do europe and israel for two weeks in november

My wife and I are planning to go to europe for a week and Israel for a week in November. Does anyone know the best way to plan the flight and which places are good to go for about 5-7 days in Europe. In Israel we have what to do its the europe part and how to get the best airline deal that we have no clue. Thanks

 is it possible very much so, did you give us enough info , unfortunately not

1- are you planning to use miles or pay for the tkt

2- will you be spending Shabbos in europe and if yes do you want a city that has either a restaurant thats opened or a Chabad house that has meals

3- when in Europe what are you looking to do? does the weather matter? are you looking to stay in 1 place the whole week? do you want a daily minyon?  etc etc
