I guess ill check my statement. I actually called them cause I was having a problem with something else and when I asked about fees they told me I will get that days rate with no fee. If the rep lied I will ......!

here's a screen-shot of my statement - a $500 withdrawal and a $1000 withdrawal from the leumi atm by kikar tzion in yerushalaim.. Notice how an extra 1% was taken off making it $505 and $1010. (this was before I had capital one 360)

Also u seem to have went to a usd atm since your numbers are exsact. Would there be a foreign transaction in that case ?

Yes that is USAA. and yes I went to a USD atm (almost all LEUMI ATMs give USD, and they don't charge their own fee).
I called usaa and huca'd a few times to try to get my 1% back and they wouldn't, they said it's charged by MasterCard and they can't reverse it

Schwab has a daily limit of $5000 after you have had it for awhile, they start you lower.

ive pulled out more than 1k per day with cap1360 even though i never called them to raise the limit
