Anyone have an idea which exchange rate is the most accurate using Google or e x Exchange?

360 daily limit IINM is $1,000 unless you got it increased. Leumi should have no problem with that.

In Leumi remember to press the option to get charged in Shekels. DON'T accept their exchange rate offer.

Worked fine with TD ( the single ATM in the corner inside) can't really talk for you about capital one 360.

Curious to know who gives a better rate TD or Capital One 360?

That never was the case before if the machine is at a branch. There's a lone Poalim machine in Yerushalayim on Bar Ilan/Shmuel Hanavi which takes 5 ש"ח.

Doesn't Td and capital one 360 reimburse all fees?

This doesn't show up by them as a fee. I once went into TD Bank with the receipts and they manually reimburse me.

Can TD see how much Israeli shekel I took out?
If yes then I surely could get reimbursed as an ATM doesn't give out coins?
I hope it does show otherwise I would lose a couple of bucks.
It's amazing how it's known to be free but they rack on another few shekel for taking out in bank hapoalin.
It's the same with the ATMs they tell you they're going to add on 6.90 to your total and not a separate charge for the fee for using the ATM so there is really no way to know if it was a fee or that was the amount you took out unless the bank can see exactly how much shekel you took out, just like a credit card could see exactly how much you swipe for ,  I don't see why a debit card should be any different it should be able to see the same exact thing as you credit card can see, I guess I will find out at the end of the statement cycle which is on the 25th.

Just stick to in branch ATMs of Leumi, Discount, Mercentile, Hapoalim, Mizrachi and you should be fine.  Other banks should be fine as well, I just don't have expirience.  Beware of Leumi's exchange shtick. ATMs in stores or random places will tack a fee on to the withdrawal amount.

+1 Just used Hapoalim, was the same rate as xe.com. Maybe 2 pennies off. Cap1 360.

Is there any place to take out dollars? Or is there anyone that gives shekel for dollars at a minimal fee?

ATM fees in Israel don't get reimbursed, since it doesn't show up as a fee
(unless that's only by Hapoalim)
