I think they just added that you need minimum $2k in the account for this benefit.

Schwab, up to $9 a month (used to be unlimited).

First Republic, but I think you have to maintain a minimum balance to avoid fees.

The change with TD is that they started charging foreign ATM fees. Accts over 2k have fees reimbursed.
@Ashero
When did Schwab change? Is this only for intl or also any foreign bank.

PS I think we've got a couple (surely one) thread discussing this already. Will link from PC

IDK when Schwab changed, but now they only reimburse $9 towards any sort of ATM fees imposed by another bank.

Edit: Maybe I'm not reading this page right, and they still don't charge any Forex fees, but you might get charged fees for the ATM withdrawal. Anyone?

idk if this is what you wanted, but after you get a debit card that doesnt charged for atm withdrawls & no foreighn trasaction fee (like td bank) there is a free atm machine on kikar hashabbos in geula (bank hapoalim), & on the corner of givas moshe & ohalei yosef in shmuel hanavi area (mechentile bank)
the marcenthile bank does actually charge, took out 603$ costed me 607+

I think you can have the limits raised by calling. I did it many years ago, I don't remember with which bank.
