Took out today with my TD debit 4500shek from mercantile =$1182.74 which comes out to the exact visa forex for today 3.808..... the $2 non TD ATM fee post in a day or 2
maybe defers master card vs visa mine was MC while yours visa

sorry buy the exchange rate as of Friday 12/30 was 3.8210 for the dollar, means u shouldve gotten  4519.2 nis

the td bank premium account doesnt charge atm fees in israel but u need to keep a balance of 2500 in there at all times
