When to travel to Israel for baby birth

Help . I need some opinions...

My daughter is having a baby at the end of January in Israel. I live in Minneapolis. I want to be there if she has a boy for the bris and of course to help her.
So when should I book this flight? If I book it at her due date (January 23rd) , and she delivers early, I might miss the bris. And the same goes if I book it too late. If I wait until after the baby is born, the last minute high price for airfare can be a problem and I might not be able to afford go at all.

What would you guys do?

Unfortunately this is the type of situation where you may end up missing the Bris or having to put out a lot of money to change your flight. There is no one who can predict what will be. I'd just book for a date and hope you don't have to change it.
