Told me it'd take between 2-3 weeks.

Said they'd try to expedite for me.

Miles redeposited.

For all those wondering, The flight was JFK-FRA Suite. 2/04/15. Miles were redeposited, but seat is not available,  showing wait list.

Which means that suite availability does not go back into inventory automatically.

As always, YMMV. It mostly depends on how many seats were booked during the time period that you were holding the award. When there is saver availability in R and I then hold a R seat in a GDS it instantly becomes waitlisted. BTW if you have access to a GDS you may have better luck on playing around with your waitlist to clear.

Who would have access besides a travel agent?

A. Who transfers to SQ faster, Chase UR or Amex MR?

B. Are they cool with booking within a few hours of flight (no fees, right?)?

C. Can I tag on a free OW in addition to an open jaw?

E.g. NYC-LIH KOA-NYC-MIA (one RT). Or can I get also get a stopover in KOA instead of an openjaw?
Basically I'm trying to value the free stopover, and if it's a choice between LIH/KOA or e.g. MIA or CUN, the 6k points for the inter island flights are worth booking separately.

TYVMIA!
