I noticed allot of "phantom" availability or waitlisted (if thats the right term). Checked numerous days and shows 2 seats available to be waitlisted. Transferred points but then when you go ahead with the booking it doesn't allow to book and via the phone they state only 1 seat available to be waitlisted. Tried on numerous dates, all show available until actual booking

Not sure if this is something new but I was able to waitlist for a flight without having the miles in my account.

I didnt work for me yesterday. IMO The website is all screwed up lately. Its showing allot of phantom space until you actually book. When I was persistent about getting the phantom waitlisted, the agent told me, I can put you on the waitlist but what do you care there are so many people in head of you and its really suppose to be closed as its full.

I right now have the reservation on hold, and I got them to put the second leg on the same PNR. When I call to ticket, they're going to charge me for both legs individually?

they both have to be saver to be priced as one award
