Home depot has 80% off on selected light fixtures.
The coupon: HDLIGHT10 is for 10% off, but is actually giving 10% off the original price, so take another 50% off all 80% off items for a total of 90% off.
I placed my order sunday morning and got a tracking number this afternoon. I had to checkout with paypal. Also try using IE.

I ordered 10 items:
Subtotal:   $2,052.91
Promotional Discount:   $-1,847.63
total   Shipping:   $0.00
Estimated Sales Tax:    $18.22
Order Total:    $223.50
