Does it pay to spend 33k on suite vs 22k for regular room? why? Can I get kosher breakfast? wine? If there is a post on this kindly guide me to it, I tried searching.

Worth is relative. Look at the pics, your points balance, the occasion, and decide.

Kosher breakfast is a function of Diamond status, not room category.

Stayed in a suite on an award night with a suite upgrade cert. Was amazing.
No kosher brekkie for me. Gave me 3k points instead

They did offer to get breakfast for me for 130 franc

Quote from: Park Hyatt Zurich
Unfortunately we do not offer Kosher Breakfast at the hotel, however we would be able to get warm or cold kosher breakfast delivered by a Kosher Catering company.

The caterer name is Shalom catering which is very known in Zurich and we have been working for them for other Kosher catering events. The breakfast would be charged to your own account as it is provided through a third party and not from the Hotel breakfast lounge which you would have the option to use as a Diamond member. As compensation I would like to offer you 2.500 Hyatt Gold passport bonus points for this stay.

The warm breakfast would be available at CHF 131.20 for two and they deliver it to the hotel at your convenience.

Got 5 back in 2010.
i got kosher breakfast, wine, cholov yisrael swiss chocolate. They tried to charge me for the breakfast, so i told them to forget it, i will work it out myself. They then comped it. (i had sent emails before requesting it) it was basicly first class airline meal. nice, but nothing special.

food there is very expensive.

Two options.

Park Hyatt Zurich - Bigger, More modern design.
Park Hyatt Vienna - Classic look. Modern but inside a old building that gives it a vintage old fashion feel.

If choosing cities, I would do the Park Hyatt Zurich. If choosing just based off hotel, I would do Park Hyatt Vienna.

City you'd choose Zurich?

It sounds like you didn't do much worthwhile in Vienna then as it has so much more to offer then Zurich.

I was in both cities for a few days only, so you might be right.
But, off personal opinion, I liked Zurich's modern feel more, just more my type of city.
