great - these are just estimates.
Name on wiki requires no deposit and no major commitment.

It gives a general idea of the interest level of wholesale: 10+ cases.
Single cases will have a sep case rate and may need to be picked up at a NY warehouse to keep costs low.

Still at same status as posted on wiki:

Update 2/23/3014: We have an account with the supplier and speak every other day.
Have main costs - the bagging and the shipping costs are being finalized by region. Will have updates by Friday.

Looks great! Wonder if we should write East Coast/West Coast on wiki.
(Or just PM, if anonymous... not a big deal either way)

This way if there will be 20 cases of 10 (i.e. 200+ cases in NY area) then it will all be same price. CA and CO may another #.

Nice. We may need to deal in batches of 10, but let's keep all these on the thread for reference.
Once actual numbers are in and confirmed there will be more certainty.

In the meantime, a few original names crossed our mind - Any new, original brand names for quality chocolate chips that people want to "shout out"?

hi, I got some of the pareve samples from Bigdanfan,
they're same as TJ's -- 45% cocoa

Yes, the terms are confusing.
Perhaps 48 bags to a case, 10 cases to a master case ($1000) or
48 bags to a box, 10 boxes to a case ($1000).

BTW, my 15 or so remaining TJ bags have definitely begun turning a milky white (but are as delicious as ever).

Haha, my wife just bought that yesterday

She's been using them as a replacement for TJ's. I think they are really good.

They'll be bagged in NY - easy for pick-up. (OK Pareve facility.)
There are weekly trucks that come to CA; we'll work with those.

They can technically be ready 8-10 days before Pesach, however, most stores are telling us that it's better right after Pesach instead.
