The only way a current customer can have framily is by starting their own or porting out then going back to someone else's?

if u are out of contract i think it can work, but my 14 day window ends on sunday. please email me right away if you're still interested.
the reason it should work is the logical one i told the rep. "if i'd switch to verizon and port back in you'd give me $100 to join, so why i am i being penalized for being a loyal cusomer?" again- it was for lines that were OUT of contract. the rep agreed and said he found a promotion to let it go...

what a pita if you are an existing customer!
they gear the framily plan to new customers.
spent tons of time on the phone and hoping now they can add my 6 year old account to an existing ID. wow, even the account service people cant get my lines onto someone elses framily.
i am not "targeted" to be able to go on someones so my only option is to make a new framily and have customers within 14 days of signup join mine.
