You must book travel by February 8, 2014 with an outbound departure date up to and including February 28, 2014. To find the fares pricing out correctly, when searching, you must look for two tickets. If you price out a single ticket, it will come up at around $685, so this deal is really aimed at two people traveling together

Seems like you can use code USRMN13 for 2% off the ticket price. Additionally, you may be able to book a free SO in DXB, just pay the landing fees etc.
