The New York Yankees & MasterCard put up for sale Individual game tickets today.
Officially Individual sales starts on Monday 2/24 but if you have a mastercard you can buy them starting today.

This includes select $6 grandstand and bleacher seats for select games.
I found tickets for
Wednesday April 9
Wednesday April 30

I am sure there are other days as well

Just got 2 for the 9th! Chose free shipping option. Shipped on 3/24 should arrive within NYC by 4/9 unless it's still snowing by then...
Will have to search StubHub and TicketsNow for opening day seats :)
