i have a first gen. Its not perfect, but we're happy with it - we use daily...it plugs into your router - i believe you will be paying about 4 a month or so in taxes -
(i have a first gen so dont pay and dont know exactly how much the monthlys come to)

I have it and use it in Israel. Pretty good, except sometimes it needs to be rebooted.
