2.5 years (i think) 10 lines

Amazing. Explain to them you have 10 lines I am with you for a few years. It's not worth losing such a good customer etc...

I tried that route with these reps, got me nowhere. She even insinuated that I was lying.

Yeah I should have. But i was too infuriated and got caught up  showimg her how she's calling me a lier.

That is the biggest mistake when talking to a rep.

FYI I was on the other side of the line for about 1 year. I know what it's like
