According to my LOR I sold it to the janitor for $1 he let's me use it

I'm guessing its not kasher-able as it is plastic
unless you want to say that it's not Kli Rishon it's actually Gets heated in 1 section poured into K-cup section 2 and then goes back to section 3 which dispenses it
so it might not need to be kashered maybe just cleaned. use it once empty?
