Does the tracking shown that it was delivered to your zip code? What does the shipping carrier say?

Yes it's shows as delivered to my zip and USPS has no info as it came from overseas.
With help from other people I found out that it was a dhl global mail which weighed almost nothing was shipped to an address 2 blocks from my home.
This scammer knows how ebay works Cuz when I made a case it got closed in his favor even though I gave all evidence showing it was fraud.
Luckily when I called ebay and had a person actually look at the case they ruled in my favor and I got my $ back.

That's the adress you ship to if someone from abroad purchases something from you through the global shipping program. Totally safe.
