How to get someone at eBay (as a seller) who can actually help you:

Message them on Facebook (sounds weird buy I've done it and it works)

DM them on Twitter. (I've never done it but heard stories of success)

I sold a item on ebay now the buyer wants to pick it up locally, which I'm fine with, however how can let ebay now it was picked up. I only see the option to mark item as shipped?

Newegg (thru eBay) wants me to cancel my order cause I'm shipping to an unconfirmed address. Do I have to cancel?
It's also weird cause they sent me a private email that they're cancelling cause I exceeded their limit which I didn't.

Mark it as shipped, but have the buyer sign a receipt. So you have recourse if there's a problem.

I have lost plenty of money with ebay bucks before, but this one really stings.

I used the bucks as soon as I got them ($500) and all seemed well.

Then 2 days later, ebay closed the account. The seller claims they shipped it, but they never added tracking, and item never came.

Any recourse? I am going to try to open a paypal case, saying I never got a full refund. Then perhaps small claims court...

Any other ideas?

I sold an item and USPS lost it. I refunded the buyer after the buyer complained, as per eBay advice. Now after the 30 day ebay guarantee period, the item shows as delivered. I contacted the buyer twice to either return it and i'll pay for shipping, or pay for it. The buyer is not responding and eBay tells me nothing to do since its past 30 days.
Anyone have any advice??

Are there any tips to get more visibility to listings? I'm selling items at a very decent price but there's barely any views. It's a category that's flooded with other types of the same thing.

PayPal also has some sort of guaranty.  Talk to them.

Bought something from eBay & offered the guy more than he was asking, for guaranteed delivery by fri. I still haven’t received the item. What’s my next step?

With eBay? Not contact the seller? Never dealt with eBay so I have no idea what I’m doing.

You didn't contact the seller yet? That's the first thing you do when have an issue.

I'm a small time eBayer, mostly buy and rarely sell.
I recently listed an item with a no return policy for around $250, that was just bought & paid for by someone with zero feedback.

Anything to be aware of before I ship, I'm a little suspicious of the zero feedback

No brainer: ship with tracking.
Maybe also require a signature or some other proof of delivery.

was in the same situation as you, called paypal BEFORE shipping and they told me to buy a extra protection, in the end after 2 weeks the guy did open a case and i was fully protected.

More protection from the shipping carrier? What was the buyer claiming?

I'm in a similar situation now. A guy with no feedback bought something. I checked the shipping address on Google Street view and it was a commercial building (had signs that said for rent, so even more suspicious. although street view can have quite old pictures). I contacted the guy before shipping and asked him why it's being sent there. He responded that he works there.

I figured in case the guy is scamming me and shipping it to an empty building, I can always tell paypal that he claimed he worked there when it's obvious he doesn't. Plus I took a video of me packing the box (I'm not sure what that will help me for exactly but I figured just in case of claims of wrong items sent or damaged along the way. He'll send pictures to PayPal that will look different to how it was packed.)

I shipped one package straight to a buyers group and they shut my account. Was on the phone with a rep for over 30 minutes and got nowhere. Anyone to talk to to get it reopened?

Yup.. most people learn the hard way.. you can still order with guest checkout or create new accounts, which will get shutdown after the first order (which will ship).. but you can kiss eBay bucks good-bye..
There's ways to make a stealth account with completely new info etc
