You can file a warranty claim with AMEX if it's outside of the original manufacturers warranty, otherwise they'll tell you have the manufacturer fix it.

If you feel you were sold a defective product you can just file a chargeback.
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

i called and they said there is nothing they can do if it is still under manufactures warrenty. so i have to wait until the warrenty expired and then file a claim? seems pretty silly to me

Like I said, you need to file a chargeback against the seller for selling you defective goods.

momo, we here at the DansDeals Forums pride ourselves in not being idiots. In general if we feel someone may think we are an idiot because of something we write, we will usually take the 4 seconds it takes to do what we here (and everyone else in the planet) likes to call a Google search. Now, you may say (and based on your previous posts you most likely will say) "What's a Google Search?" Fairly valid question. So I took the time to generate this URL (what's a URL) which will show you what you need to do in the future when someone says a word or phrase that you may not fully understand.

http://www.lmgtfy.com/?q=chargeback

Please hover your mouse (hover means like to "move") over the line directly above this one, and use the left mouse button to "click" it and see what happens. It's very interesting and kind of cool. There actually are websites out there that will explain certain terms, or define words for you. The first few links (blue words underlined) you will see after clicking the link above may give you an insight into what a chargeback is.

Wow, at 12:45am I should not be doing this. Have a wonderful night y'all!
-Eli
