Yes, in the past, on my s8. After calling them, they temporarily shut off the filter and it worked.

We have always tried to give our customers the best possible product and the best possible support.

GenTech is continually concerned about the future and advancing its products for newer technology to provide filtering responses to increased automation, live streaming, social media, entertainment and the concurrent security challenges.
