Suggestion: Have someone else have the password (or half and half with a spouse) and do the following:
Lock installing apps + remove browser + add apps you need (possible rules: no games, no sports, no entertainment, etc.).
[Occasionally an app will have a built in browser/or need to access a certain website - just go back in to settings (with password) and add that website].
There is time restrictions and more features too.

Question a friend wants to change his password for his iPhone as he figured out his password the problem is that if he changes it then he loses all the aloud websites and has to start all over again, any way to transfer all those aloud websites to his new password?

There is a way
Changer the restrictions from specific sites only, to all websites, disable restrictions, re-enable with new code set to specific sites only

What would be the best overall free filter for Windows 10?
Probably K9. Although it doesn't really do the job, as it won't block Google images. Plus others issues as well.

Can you expound on that?

They haven't updated their filter for almost 3 years.
Their categories are too broad, where it's hard to properly filter the right categories etc.
A Google search, and a little reading will give you multiple options how to get around it.

Netspark mobile review:
LG G4 running Android Marshmallow

I installed the version from the google play store, activated the 7 day trial, and set the filtering level to light. After the install process completed, I couldn't access the internet at all (tested multiple domains/apps). I figured that perhaps the vpn wasn't initialized properly and the filter detected that and blocked all access, so I rebooted. Once it was powered back up, still couldn't access the internet and the device was super slow until the vpn connected. After that it was fine and the filter tested OK. Lesson learned, wait a couple minutes after starting/restarting the phone to give the vpn time to initialize properly. This can be verified by checking if there's a key icon on the status bar (top right near the clock). So the filter worked fine for about 12 hours.... until it cut me off again :( No sites loaded until I restarted the phone. Worked fine for a few hours aaaand.... the same thing happened again. It is worth noting that I only encountered this issue when the phone was connected to the mobile network, not wifi. Contacted netspark support and after some back and forth over the ensuing several days, they advised to uninstall the app, and sideload the updated version from their site. Did that and it worked fine for approximately 24 hours, and then cut me off when I was trying to navigate somewhere using google maps. Uninstalled the app, and am now looking for an alternative, any suggestions are appreciated. The purpose of this review is not to discourage people from using netspark, it may only be an incompatibility with my specific phone model or carrier (cricket). It's merely a word of caution to make sure the filter you're paying for offers a free trial so it can be tested. If you do decide to try netspark, install the version from their site as that is a newer version than is available from the play store. Hope this helps someone  :)

NetFree along with WiFree. Most protected filter I've ever seen.
