How much do you want to pay?  You can be our guest.  $1000/pp.  Do you mind sharing a room with my twin babies?  We do eat gebrokts though.  What is Pesach without kneidalach?

-1. They are cheaper but you get what you pay for. The foods great but hotels needs a revamp big time.

Those are usually expensive. I'm not sure anyone here has ever discussed paying full price... Either way, why not google totally jewish travel Pesach and judge from there? (if no-one here has real answer for you).
The only place I know of that fits your criteria would be Dolce Norwalk (CT) but I'd wonder if they'd have any rooms left, as you're really cutting it close...

I've been to the program in Niagara run by the same people. They put together a very nice program!

I believe that is by Matza Fun Tours. Jerry something... Was not a sephardic program, though more modern (think DJ party at night with dancing for a night activity).

I stay home for Pesach, but I know ppl that were there and heard a recap...

AFAIK it's a more modern crown, in reality there's always somewhat of a mix, as you'll have families where not everyone is exactly on same level...  But they focus on high end food and entertainment so that draws a cetain crowd...

Frum crowd, balabatish/yeshivish/heimish. (not at all modern) food is very decent and plenty. Hotel is not brand new at all..but is ok. (Unless they redid the whole thing in the last two three years). (Last time we were there we had a generally negative experience with the waiters, was probably an anomaly. )
Kashrus is supposedly top notch. A big plus for a pesach hotel IMHO. (If you like yudel Shain)
