If your sprint account gets flagged is there a way to get it unflagged??? And are you likely to get dropped??

and how exactly did you get 2000 dollars worth of credits, and for $2000 whats the big deal being flagged

These flags are probably temporary (I've been told that my account is flagged and I got credits a few months later). I think it's just a note on your account, flood 'em with tech support, billing and customer service inquiries and the "flag" with get lost in all those notes.

They had (and I think they still have) a rating system where they rate how profitable a customer you are, and the higher the rating the easier it is to get credits.

Charles: since you got $2,000 in credits, I doubt you have a high (profitability) rating. Either way, a high rating just means Sprint is getter the better end of the deal having you as a customer.

I know they have a ranking how good the customer is because I was in the worst and I had someone switch it to the best.

Because if they screw up noe on the bill then I am screwed.

I didn't think anyone can switch it. From what I've heard I figured it is calculated by computed based on your profitablity.
