DansDeals had this as a special a couple of weeks ago.
I purchased it and love it. Simple compact Plug and use.
Its not wireless but still has its advantages like kids printing reports for school all evening.
Ink is cheap to replace. As low as $18
Doesn't come with the USB cable but any one will work from a printer you are replacing this with.

If you look at the specs below on the amazon page, the model on the right supports Windows 8, but this printer and the middle one do not.  Maybe they will come out with it eventually.  I will check Canon CS, ty.

Works excellently with both Windows 7 and 8 as well as OSX Mavericks.

They aren't always accurate. Also sometimes reviews aren't either.
But I do know this its a great little compact printer . Just turn on the pc and let windows find drivers.
click ok when ready to use. I didn't bother with cd for windows 7.

I actually have a great big shindig one, but this looked like a cute, great quality, inexpensive-to-upkeep portable one.  I'll let you know. TY again.

These companies are out of control. I worked retail for 25 years my friend.
They try to get whatever they can . But we smart ones know how to shop lol.
My buddy just bought this unit for their son. Last night they used it.

Printer especially fluctuate. You can buy a Brother AIO for about $120 and it will sell a day later for $235!

And they break just as easily no matter what you pay. Get 2 years out of this I'm thrilled.  Be honest even a year is fine for this money.

Especially a laser with 1000-1600 copies per cartridge and super cheap tone cartridge refill!!
Just got mine today.  I guess I'll use the Canon for my everyday printing, but still have to keep my old one around for books.
The Canon is not a flatbed!
