Is there a way to convert Ultimate Rewards into Membership Rewards?

I have 120K UR, but I need to turn them into 110K MR.  Any ideas?

UR doesn't offer the transfer partner I want (SQ), but MR does.

Your only option is to trade them.
No way to convert one into the other.

Thanks Ez.  Do you know where I could trade my 130K UR points for 110K MR points?  Like, I would transfer 130K UR into someone's UA MP, and they would transfer 110K MR into my SQ KF.
