Idk people were talking about the program at the Bonevanture, and the food (bagel and cream cheese there) so I figured this was a place to discuss the various programs in south florida.

The best thing the program has going for it is the Hotel and the grounds which are just beautiful. Trump renovated half the rooms so far but even the non renovated rooms are nice and big. Besides that program is eh, last night was def. a bummer. People were not happy. Tea room is very very weak. I feel bad complaining when there is an excess amount of food by meals and there are starving people in Africa etc., but when people pay $$$$$ to go away there are certain things they expect.

The grounds and description in the website look amazing!
If they are serving 3 meals a day with excess food, as you've described, then perhaps they feel that they are covered.
Of course paying top dollar can include snacks in between, but that not have been communicated throughout...
Are there at least drinks, fruits, and vegetables in the tea room?

Sure but I've been to lower tier programs that cost much less and were much stronger in the Food dept. And never in my life have I seen like I saw last night, there was no real food after shala shedos. Concert ended at 12am, so people were hungry. They had like one waffle maker which broke and some pesach cake.

Wow speaking about an oversimplification.

Enterntainment has been shwecky last night. Service is ok, no busboys and they dont clean up your old dishes from your table

No food on Motzei Shabbos is unacceptable considering his prices

I've been to their program before and they never skimped though Smilow, The Chevra and KMR are better

I used to go to Smilow. We got tired of chasing him around for things that weren't done. It was a good program overall, but if you are looking for attention to details and a place that goes the extra mile without asking, KMR hits the spot.

That's great to hear -- KMR has worked very hard for many years to build that up.

Additionally, if I'd attend a Pesach program, I'd love to be located at a St. Regis like this even if it meant less food (quantity and quality):

I figure that you can eat out any week and eat Chometz. However, to experience a luxury resort with your family, great davening and learning programs, amazing weather, water sports, activities, etc.. that will go a lot farther in the Pesach memories than some great food 6X a day.

Def no issues with quantity of food at Smilow, literally 6 meals a day here.

I feel like a turkey before Thanksgiving.
