This should be interesting Etihad versus Emirates wars ;D with all these Gulf airlines poping up with new luxury products, this makes ELAL look more and more look like Air Koryo ::)

What took so long. Years ago on trains, there was 3 classes. I fly for 2 reasons, to get from A to B or because B has the experience I want.

For someone with the money to kill, I suppose its ok. But me? I rather us it for 40 nights of prime hotel

No, concierge services aren't stupid. IME, some concierge services can get you things you couldn't get yourself (like tickets/reservations to sold out events/restaurants), but that's not the point. If you're paying for the Residence, you're not the type of person who wants to spend time online to find whatever it is you're looking for. That being said, you probably have your own personal assistant who you use, thus making the concierge service not very useful.
