I'll start:
El Al - Points go into a single account. Only flights from LON-TLV

Star Alliance:
BMI - Points go into a single account ??? Maximum of 8 family members.
ANA - Allows pooling for award bookings. Maximum of 8 family members. Non-Japanese

OneWorld:
British Airways - Points go into one account ???
Qantas - Allows free family points transfers. Minium 5,000 miles to maximum 100,000 per person per year.

Skyteam:
Delta $200 + $100 per person you want to collect from. Need an Asian address.

You can help me by giving me links and summarizing different programs to do allow family pooling.

Bonus perk: Some airlines are not makpid on how you are related. If you know any that are not makpid please share.

??? = not sure

For addresses they can ask a utility bill, but for proving to what extend one is related?
Brother/sister in law does the job.

ANA allows second and third cousins. If they allowed more than 8 in a family just imagine what would have if Haredim signed up.... first account to 1 billion?

British Airways DO have "household accounts". But maybe just for UK residents. And it is for the same reason that EL AL also have them just for UK accounts.

Not only for UK residents. They have it for years. It is for this reason that BMI started family accounts last year.

Korean Air may. Check into it and get back to all of us. There must be a reason Delta is providing pooling in Korea.

I know of a family that with the help of a travel agent in Australia was able to have all United tickets credited to one account.

*I heard this several years ago.

Can I link bmi accounts and then combine miles, or do the miles have to be earned while already linked?

earned miles from flying, obviously don't combine.
