-1 I disagree. They could have said no. They liked him. His delivery wasn't bad, though it wasn't great. It was the combination of 'funny' inappropriate jokes coming from such a young kid that got him through.

Meanwhile I don't think he'll get past the next round.

    telling a child dirty jokes or stories
    showing a child pornographic material
    forcing a child to undress

While I have no doubt the parents didn't stop him (in fact they seemed to be schepping nachas backstage), any kid only has to go on the internet or watch some tv to hear dirty jokes and stories like this.

I'm sure lots of 12 year old kids watch Americas Got Talent!

The "Father" who abused this child be encouraging him to and teaching him jokes of a sexual nature is guilty of child abuse and should be jailed.

The judges or whoever runs/owns this TV show should not have children telling jokes of a sexual nature. Its not just in bad taste, its illegal. The child is being exploited by his parents and the show.
