Correct. Amazon reviews are http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00IN2WD5C/?tag=cl03f-20 3.5 stars as oppose to samsung usual 4.2 and up for samsung.

Agree it's not a great tv but for those that want it as a monitor or rather 1080p it's not a horrible option. Sorry for the confusion over the lack of link. I was traveling :)

One of my TV's arrived cracked. I called Dell, and they overnighted another one.

The question now is, do I need to return the cracked one? They told me on the phone that they are sending me a label (which they did), and that I can send it back at my  convenice. I asked the associate, "if for some reason I can't return it until a month, will I be charged?" He answered, "no you won't be charged, don't worry".

Is it safe for me to keep the TV, or will it turn into a headache?

Had the same issue. I didn't even consider keeping the screen, what for ? it's cracked

It's partially cracked, but it will still work. I will use it as a computer screen. When the screen is on, I venture to guess that you won't see the cracks. Just my 2 cents
