One of my TV's arrived cracked. I called Dell, and they overnighted another one.
The question now is, do I need to return the cracked one? They told me on the phone that they are sending me a label (which they did), and that I can send it back at my convenice. I asked the associate, "if for some reason I can't return it until a month, will I be charged?" He answered, "no you won't be charged, don't worry".
Is it safe for me to keep the TV, or will it turn into a headache?
